Walking mindfully means Ultra aware of everything around you. So many people go through life not paying attention to everything, because they do not much hurry. Slowing down and looking at things around you, you can learn to enjoy life more and appreciate the little things. Walking mindfully is a form of meditation. Walking Mindfully includes all your feelings and emotional reactions you are experiencing.
First, go for a walk. You can stroll through the city in this country, or in a wooded area. No matter where you go for a walk mindfully. We start around you. Look at everything around you, and the sky, the grounds, birds, children playing beside a tree which begins to lose its leaves. Pay attention to everything as you walk. You may notice that you have never seen before.
Until you go and look around, listen to the things around you. For example, if you see two birds flying, pause and listen to the noise they make. Are they shouting at each other? Can you hear their wings move as they fly? Listen to the ground as you walk. Pay attention to the sound of your feet hitting the pavement or walking on sticks and crispy leaves.
