Let’s look at it, we all go through an experience that leads us to what we call “pain”. We know him as a physical and psychological manifestations of the wounds and hurts that we either learn to manage or learn to control us. Many times, a pain in the physical and psychological sense of things is a remnant from our past or things that we left behind. For quite a few people, however, a fact that they refuse to overcome for various reasons.
Some look at the pain, something that must be handled carefully, polished and exhibited in early times. In many cases, people may not look very closely at the pain and the pain that plagues them. Maybe this way more than we think, to hold us in slavery, or even to blackmail us into not doing or not doing what our subconscious desires or fears. Of course, there are purely physical manifestations of pain, but even has certain metaphysical aspects to it.

Walking mindfully means Ultra aware of everything around you. So many people go through life not paying attention to everything, because they do not much hurry. Slowing down and looking at things around you, you can learn to enjoy life more and appreciate the little things. Walking mindfully is a form of meditation. Walking Mindfully includes all your feelings and emotional reactions you are experiencing.
First, go for a walk. You can stroll through the city in this country, or in a wooded area. No matter where you go for a walk mindfully. We start around you. Look at everything around you, and the sky, the grounds, birds, children playing beside a tree which begins to lose its leaves. Pay attention to everything as you walk. You may notice that you have never seen before.
Until you go and look around, listen to the things around you. For example, if you see two birds flying, pause and listen to the noise they make. Are they shouting at each other? Can you hear their wings move as they fly? Listen to the ground as you walk. Pay attention to the sound of your feet hitting the pavement or walking on sticks and crispy leaves.

It is recognized that to some extent a positive attitude can help people heal faster and get sick less and have a general healthy lifestyle. It is recognized that married people are happier and live longer than single men. The fact that people with pets live a happy life, and so on. What is not generally accepted, however, that people with spiritual belief are healthy and happy than people you do not have enough faith. It is not socially acceptable, because it is taboo to unite science and religion. Nevertheless, I fear, ignoring the connection will only hinder the restoration of people.
I saw people who were literally dying, and frankly there was very little urge to try to get better, but then something happened that makes them. This could be a divine dream, answered prayer, or a loved one that leads a person to the place of faith. I saw that people become happier, almost easier for the night. They released their negatives and take their lives. In such situations, their physical symptoms began to decrease. They slowly get healthier and stronger, until they are on the way home.
